We are in search of individuals interested in a hotel front desk role who can consistently fulfill their scheduled shifts, offer flexible availability (overnight shifts excluded), and exhibit outstanding dependability. Should you find these criteria challenging to meet, this role might not be suitable for you. Also, please be aware that this is not a Monday-Friday only position.

The Front Desk Agent acts as the “face” of the hotel and is the main point of contact for guests. They are responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience by conducting front desk operations in an efficient, accurate, and thorough manner. This role works closely with their peers in other departments as well to help provide an excellent guest experience.

Guest Relations:

• Provide an excellent guest experience for all guests by greeting them warmly and helping as needed.
• Conduct operational needs in an efficient and accurate manner to present as little difficulty to the guest as possible.
• Meet with and solicit comments from guests regularly to determine guest satisfaction with services and facilities.
• Take steps to ensure the greatest guest satisfaction possible.
• Respond to situations as they arise and manage guest conflict.

Additional Duties:

• Cross-train the duties of all non-management staff members and perform those duties as needed or when requested by your supervisor.
• All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
